I’m so glad you are here!

Many adults who seek therapy are capable, responsible, and high-achieving. Yet internally, they experience a different reality.

  • Constant mental chatter and overthinking

  • Difficulty relaxing or “turning off” at the end of the day

  • Irritability affecting close relationships

  • Sleep disruption from racing thoughts

  • Pressure to perform or hold everything together

  • Occasional panic symptoms or sudden waves of anxiety

  • Navigating the difficult world of parenting

You deserve a space where you can show up fully and feel like I am on your team!

Hi, I’m Beth!

LCSW-Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of Practice Experience

Virtual and In-Person in New Jersey

Virtual ONLY in Connecticut & Florida

Hi, I'm Beth, LCSW, a therapist who believes the most powerful tool in the room has always been a genuine human connection.

You're the person who holds it together.

At work. For your family. In your friendships. You show up, you manage, you keep moving. From the outside, things look fine, maybe even great.

But inside, there's a quiet exhaustion that doesn't go away. A low hum of anxiety. A sense that you're going through the motions rather than actually living. Maybe you're snapping at the people you love and don't know why. Maybe you've been putting yourself last for so long you've forgotten what it even feels like to come first.

That's where I come in.

I've been doing this work for over 20 years, and in that time, the clients who find me tend to be a particular kind of person. Smart. Self-aware. Capable. And completely worn out from carrying more than they should.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, and parenting. My approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, an understanding of trauma and behavior, and when it's useful real, practical guidance. Career decisions, family dynamics, figuring out what you actually want. We go there.

Every person I work with is different. I don't do cookie-cutter therapy, because your life isn't cookie-cutter.

You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. You just have to be ready for something to change.

Support for every path forward

I believe that every person who walks through my door deserves to be truly heard and not guided through a script, but met exactly where they are.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back, develop healthy coping strategies and work towards a more fulfilling life. You don’t have to face it alone.

Parent Counseling

Parenting is one of the most rewarding and challenging roles a person can take on. I work with parents to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies for the everyday challenges of family life.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision for LSW’s working toward their LCSW. Through regular in person meetings we will work together to refine clinical skills, navigate complex cases and uphold ethical standards.

  • If you are asking the question, thats often a sign its worth exploring. Therapy isn’t only for crisis moments, it can be a space for working through anxiety, navigating a life change, improving relationships or simply wanting to understand yourself better. You don’t need to be at rock bottom to benefit. Many people find that therapy helps them feel more grounded, more clear, and more capable, in everyday life and in difficult times.

  • The first session is really about getting to know each other. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start, we can explore that out together. It is also completely okay to feel nervous or unsure of yourself. Most people do and that usually passes quickly.

  • Yes, I offer both in-person and telehealth. In person sessions are at available at my Red Bank, NJ office, and telehealth sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of swithing between the two depending on their schedules. Telehealth can be just as effective as in-person for most people and concerns.

  • Most clients begin by meeting weekly, which allows us to build momentum and continuity. As things progress and goals are met, we may shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. I will always work with you to find a frequency that fits bothyour needs and your schedule.

  • I ask for at leat 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Life happens and I understand that …if something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.

  • Yes! I am in network with most major insurance companies through Headway and Alma. We can review insurance details during our 15-minute phone consultation.
